Purpose: To provide an opportunity for TMT members and other interested parties to step out of the regular meeting format to review management decisions and operations implemented in 2014 in order to learn lessons that inform and enhance decision-making in 2015.
9:00 - 9:15 WELCOME & GET SETTLED - DS Consulting Facilitation Team 9:15 - 10:10 CONDITIONS REVIEW: What were weather, water and fish conditions that occurred in 2014, and how did they compare to previous years? What can we learn from this? Is there anything unique that bears sharing?10:10 - 11:00 RESERVOIR OPERATIONS REVIEW: How effective were requested operations (SORs) at achieving desired results? How did this year compare to others? What changes might be necessary to enhance future results?

1:10 - 2:30 REVIEW OF SPECIFIC OPERATIONS REVIEW: What was learned about specific operations that were requested by TMT members or other regional entities? How effective were these operations in achieving the intended goal? Should they be continued or modified in future years? Why or why not?

2:45 - 3:00 LOOKING AHEAD: Small Group Exercise - What did we learn in 2014 that could inform future problem-solving and decision-making?
3:00 - 3:30 WRAP UP: Large Group Regroup Given the review of 2014 conditions, decisions and actions, what are some overarching lessons that could impact future TMT work? Are there themes that might need further discussion at future TMT meetings or other regional work groups?
