In accordance with the Court Order on February 25, 2026, as amended March 2, 2026,
which states that "Federal Defendants shall implement the spill operations set forth in
Table 1 below beginning in Spring 2026 and continuing until otherwise ordered by this Court.",
the Corps will begin the Court Order with Spring 2026 spill on April 3, unless otherwise
clarified by the Court. The Corps is complying with the reservoir elevations in
accordance with the dates in the Order. The 2026 FPP and FOP have been updated to
incorporate the Court Order at the links below.
